The State of New York Department of Health has implemented an emergency regulation that mandates that all health care workers receive Influenza Immunization unless contraindicated. This regulation applies to all students engaged in clinical clerkships in the State of New York. AUA asks that all students be prepared with documentation indicating that they have met this requirement.
