She earned a degree in Modern Languages at the University of Westminster in London, England from 1991-1995. She studied Spanish and Italian as well as Linguistics at degree level. Having successfully achieved her Bachelor of Arts, and having spent many years teaching English as a Second Language to speakers of other languages in Spain and England, Ms. Ramsey earned a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics and Bilingualism at the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, England. She achieved this in 1996. Ms Ramsey has taught Spanish, Italian, English and Linguistics from beginner’s level up to undergraduate level at a variety of further education institutions in the U.K., including the University of Sunderland and the University of Northumberland.
