He brings a practical approach to the teaching of Mathematics at American International College of Arts & Sciences Antigua (AICASA) having over 40 years experience designing Civil and Structural Engineering projects. Having retired from the Engineering field, his love of Mathematics, and his third generation inherent teaching skills, enable him to impart to young students a real world appreciation of the Mathematical discipline. In previous years Mr. Belizaire has held the positions of Chairman of both the Board of Education and the Bureau of Standards in Antigua, as well as President of the Rotary Club and a member of the Technical Advisory Committee to the Social Security Board. He earned the Diploma in Civil Engineering from Kingston College of Technology and MSc from the University of Surrey.
