Dr. Glasser has taught physiology and neuroscience at Long Island University, the College of New Rochelle, Fordham University, and St. George's University School of Medicine. He was Guest Lecturer in Neuroscience at Peking Union Medical College (Beijing, China) and the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1987. Dr. Glasser received a Pd.D. in Physiology from the University of Rochester. As a post-doctoral fellow, he conducted research in the Department of Physiology at Brandeis University and the Neuropsychology Laboratory of Harvard University. He has received two grants from the National Institutes of Health, and Numerous Excellence in Teaching awards. Dr. Glasser is a member of The New York Academy of Sciences, the American Association for the Advancement of Sciences, the Society for Neurosciences, and the International Brain Organization.
